TRIERRA Ltd., with 100% private-owned capital, was established on 9 December 1992 with judgment # 15282/09.12.1992 of the Plovdiv district court. Its initial authorized capital was 51,000 leva, equal to approximately USD 2,044 at that time.      The main activity of TRIERRA Ltd. is foreign and domestic trade in rolling bearings and bearing units. Punctuality, correctness, mutual respect and loyalty to customers and partners, have always been the keystone principles on which the commercial policy of TRIERRA Ltd. is based. As an additional evidence of its proclaimed principles, the company registered its own trademark in the spring of 2001 /Certificates # 49567/06.03.2001 and 50780/06.03.2001 issued by the Patent Office of Republic Bulgaria/. In July 2003, TRIERRA Ltd. was given ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Certificate # QBG 03/186 by SGS.      Thanks to the implementation of the above-mentioned principles, the proceeds of sales to customers have risen from USD 12,500 for the financial 1993, to 2,135,00 for the financial 2002.      Initially, the personnel consisted of 4 people, and nowadays there are 50 people permanently employed in different departments who altogether form an ambitious team of specialists with low fluidity of labor. It is management` s policy to promote and support the implementation of each progressive and feasible idea related to TRIERRA’s activity.      The company started as a legal entity with practically no fixed assets, in a hired building of 40 m2. Currently, the fixed assets of TRIERRA are approximately USD 728,000, including its own building with modern furnishing and equipment and excellent working conditions. The total area of the premises is 3,300 m2, including 1,900 m2 of offices, 800 m2 of warehouses, 50 m2 of laboratories, and 300 m2 of social premises for the employees.      A substantial part of the profit is allotted for construction and maintenance of high-quality information and communication systems. As a result of this strategy, there are 30 places of work furnished with computers, peripherals and software, including the warehouse program developed by our computer specialists according to the latest trends. A computer network with 24-hour access to Internet is connecting all computers.      In the beginning, the bearing nomenclature consisted of only 350 items. Aiming to meet fully and promptly the requirements of our customers, the nomenclature is continuously increasing. The company always keeps in stock more than 7,000 types of bearings worth not less than USD 320,000.
